From Vision to Reality
Jagruthi Constructions was born in 2015 in Visakhapatnam — a city that taught us the value of building things that endure. Founded by Alajangi Madhavi, our company started with a clear mission: deliver honest, quality civil construction work.
Our first major industrial breakthrough came in 2021 when we partnered with Essar Construction India Ltd for civil works at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd, Barbil, Odisha — executing the Slurry Making and Pump Station project. This was followed by the HPCL RUF Project in Visakhapatnam with Onsore Constructions, covering everything from foundations and civil works to roads and living quarters.
In 2024, we took on our largest scope yet with Lloyds Infrastructure & Constructions — delivering Pellet Plant Structures Phase-I & Phase-II at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra, including industrial buildings, stackers, roads, drains, and weigh bridges. Today, we operate across Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, and Maharashtra — always with the same commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction that started it all.

HPCL RUF Project
Engaged by Onsore Constructions Pvt. Ltd. for the HPCL RUF Project in Visakhapatnam — executing work heaters, civil works, foundations, flooring, roads, septic tanks, bathrooms, and living rooms.
Pellet Plant — Lloyds Infra
Commenced work with Lloyds Infrastructure & Constructions on Pellet Plant Structures Phase-I & Phase-II at Gadchiroli, Maharashtra — including ECR Building, Balling Building, ID Building, Stacker, Roads, Drains, Culverts, and Weigh Bridge.
